Throughout the month of November, the Nonnie Hood PRC will be conducting its annual fall survey, which is meant to give families a chance to make their voice heard and help us do whatever we can to better serve our communities.
The surveys themselves are simple 5-minute questionnaires consisting mostly of 1-5 rating questions and optional comments. The are two important sections at the end asking why the PRC is important to families and what families feel we can improve at the center.
Responses to previous years' surveys have lead to direct changes within the center. For instance, we have added more sensory and science materials, more center events, and greener cleaning practices as a direct result of past feedback.
Feedback from the surveys is also used for our funders, most notably the anonymous quotes supplied throughout the comments sections of the surveys. It's important to those who graciously fund the PRC to know how we serve families in our communities, and these surveys are one big way of showing just that!
If you'd like to participate, physical surveys can be found at the front desk of the PRC, or you can take the digital version here. We thank you for your time and dedication to helping us make wonderful things happen for families in our community!
