While our building is closed for HVAC renovation, we will conduct supervised visits in public locations (indoor and outdoor) in downtown Corning.

Guidelines for the program take into consideration current New York State health requirements for meeting in these locations, as well as our overall goal of providing an environment that is safe and nurturing for parents and their child(ren).

Listed below are some of the safety protocols being implemented:

  • Each family will be required to complete a health questionnaire at the start of every visit

  • All participants will be required to wear a mask throughout the duration of the visit, unless when seated at a dining facility

  • Each visit period will include only 1 family and 1 or more support staff

  • Drop-off and pick-up location will be at the same location for every visit (Clock Tower in Centerway Square, Corning).

  • Visits will take place on or near Market Street, Corning in proximity to restrooms

  • Visits will occur only during daytime/business hours and in public locations

  • Staff will be equipped with PPE, first aid supplies, cell phone, and emergency contact list at all visits
